North America FAQ

Answers before you ask

Do your transformers meet UL and CSA requirements?

Yes. The factory holds UL-US-2552562-0 and UL-CA-2539620-0 listings covering a defined oil-immersed model range, and CSA C88 5th edition documentation is available for Canadian projects. Request the certificate to confirm the exact covered ratings.

What voltage classes do you support for North America?

We engineer 60 Hz units across common North American classes — 12.47kV, 13.2/13.8kV, 24.94kV, 34.5kV, 46kV, 69kV, 115kV, 138kV, 230kV and higher — configured to ANSI/IEEE voltage, BIL and impedance requirements.

How fast can you deliver a replacement transformer?

Replacement distribution units are prioritized for shorter lead time. Send the existing nameplate photo plus the required voltage, capacity and connection group, and we will return a technical match and delivery window.

Can you support data-center and renewable projects?

Yes. We supply high-capacity power transformers for data-center electrical infrastructure and box-type substations for solar, storage and EV integration, with factory test reports and UL documentation.

Replacing an existing transformer?

Share the nameplate photo, voltage, capacity and required lead time — our team will return a technical match and UL confirmation.
